All the preparation you will need to make the most out of our time together! Read this section before our first call together.
*What will you need:
A journal/planner & a pen or markers
*What to prepare in your journal/planner:
1) Think of a habit that you’d like to let go or one you’d like to develop. Can be one of both. Have that on your mind and/or write it in your journal.
2) Write a laundry list of things you have to do, want to do, & intend to do. Just list them. (ie. take car to shop, drink more water, rising ritual, organize closet, call that friend, etc.) Don’t over stress your week. Be reasonable but intentional. This is like a todo list but we’re going to see it as an intentions list.
3) Write down any questions or thoughts may have for the group or me directly that you’d like to address. Remember that if you have a question likely it will serve another who may be wondering the same thing!
